Religion makes people Pharisees because it looks at the outward person apart from the work of the Holy Spirit who works on the inner man. Religion is I focused, not I in Christ crucified. Grace focused teaching needs to lean on the finished work of what Christ did not only at the cross, but who I am in Him at the cross–my new identity…
